At Green Thumb Depot, we want you to love your sustainable fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all eco-friendly tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include your order slip to ensure our warehouse team can process your refund quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
